The room was recently refurbished and good-sized, with 2 TVs and extra real coffee and a fan. Its location in San Antonio was unbeatable and particularly good, not far from the attractions and Downtown San Antonio and the airport.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the AT&T Stadium and shopping centers. It was just next door to San Antonio and SeaWorld.

Great spacious rooms with a double bed that was like having two kings. The large windows offered a beautiful view of the clean pool. The trip to San Antonio was fantastic, until I witnessed something inappropriate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I recommend Quality Inn for their splendid rooms and friendly staff. However, it is important to address and eradicate such inappropriate behavior to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

The staff at Quality Inn & Suites I-35 Near Frost Bank Center is consistently courteous and pleasant. the rooms are spotless and brand-new, with nice amenities like a fan and extra real coffee. the hotel's location is marvelous, and I would definitely like to stay there on my next trip.

The room was quiet other than the train we kept hearing during the night. When front desk was called about us having no pillowcases someone brought some right away.

When we got to our room there were not pillow cases on the pillows and me and my oldest child ended up with bedbug bites all over.

There were several things not to like. First of all, the high speed internet did not work unless you went into the lobby and did not offer a land line. Secondly, the swimming pool turned green on our second day, the hot tub stayed green, however, the staff said it was fine to swim in. After it was cleaned the following day it remained cloudy. The water was backwards (hot was cold/cold was hot), the hallways were very warm and had a very musty smell, the breakfast left a lot to be desired and included nothing besides bread type items and powdered egg patties. It was a very loud place. The train ran every 30 minutes and the interstate noise was constant. There are also no elevators. Major pain in the butt if you've got luggage.

The staff here were friendly and helpful at all hours, and the location couldn't be better, right next to AT&T Stadium, the Alamo, Riverwalk, and downtown.

I had a great value for my money at Quality Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a separate living area. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and highways. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use improvement, especially in terms of variety.
